Reliance Retail eyes Nestle tie-up

Reliance Retail is believed to be in negotiations with FMCG major Nestle, for a possible strategic alliance in its dairy business, according to sources familiar with the matter. There have been reports that Nestle is looking to restructure its dairy business in India, which is believed to be making losses.
